2- JUNIOR PRO – Development Program (6–14 years)
The Discovery Phase (6–9 years)
At this stage, players learn football through play, exploration and age-appropriate challenges.
Our objective is to develop a genuine enjoyment of the game while introducing the fundamental technical skills and principles of football.
Training focuses on ball familiarity, coordination, movement, decision-making and small-sided games that encourage players to be creative, confident and comfortable with the ball.
The Skill Acquisition Phase (10–14 years)
